It trims decent for what it cost, so I can't complain too much. Battery don't last as long as I hoped though, gotta charge it more often than I'd like.

"Tracking info was misleading"
My order arrived fine in the end, so no major issue there, but the tracking was frustrating. The wording made it sound like my package was moving or about to be delivered, but then nothing updated for a couple days, so I had no clue where it actually was. Customer service did get back to me eventually, but the whole shipping update situation could definitely be clearer.

"Checkout Was Nothing Like They Promised"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment info. The cart refreshed on me twice, and at that point I just gave up. They make it seem like ordering is supposed to be quick and easy, but that was definitely not my experience. not worth the hassle.

I ordered a Babyliss foil shaver along with a few clipper guards, and everything showed up sealed and looking just like the stuff I’ve bought from my local barber shop before. The packaging didn’t look weird or cheap, and the products actually felt legit. Shipping was normal, nothing super fast or anything, but I was happy with what I got and would order from them again.

"Sooo easy to save a bit"
I ended up ordering from 614barbersupply.com after seeing a promo, and it worked right at checkout with no weird hassle or anything. The prices were already better than a few other spots I looked at, so the discount helped a loooot since barber supplies add up quick. My order showed up fine, and I’ll probably check them again next time they’ve got a sale going.

So, the order did get here. Just not when I expected. The tracking was kind of all over the place, one minute it looked like it was nearby, then nothing made sense. Ended up coming two days late. Annoying, but the items were fine, so not a total mess.

I tried using this clipper and it just wasn’t cutting right. It felt weak, kept pulling my hair, and got hot quick. I really wasn’t happy with it, honestly. Should’ve just bought one locally

I ordered a few barber things and the pictures were mostly right, I guess. One of the products did look a little different when I got it compared to how it looked on the site, which was kind of not what I expected. It wasn’t a big problem or anything, but I did think it would match better. Overall it was an okay experience, just the photos could be a bit clearer maybe.

"Box was a little beat up"
My order showed up and everything was there, so that was good. The box was kind of crushed though, not terrible, but enough that I noticed right away. Nothing inside seemed damaged, thankfully. I just wish they had packed it a bit better, especially because you never really know how rough shipping is going to be.

"Decent Clippers, but the Shipping Took Away From the Experience"
The clippers themselves worked fine, so at the end of the day I did get what I needed. The guards felt a little cheap, though, and the late delivery made the whole purchase feel more frustrating than it probably had to be. It was a reminder that even when the main product is okay, the little things around it really shape the overall experience.

The blades weren’t as sharp as I was hoping. I had to go over the same spots a few times to get the job done. To be fair, they still worked eventually, but I expected a cleaner cut with less effort.

I ordered a few barber supplies and the shipping was quick, so no complaints there. Everything showed up sooner than I expected, which was nice.
One of the clipper guard packs had a cracked corner when it arrived. It was still usable, but it was sorta annoying since it was brand new and I’m guessing it happened during shipping.
I emailed them about it and they got back to me the next day. They offered to send a replacement, so I’m happy with how they handled it. I’m taking one star off for the damage, but I’d still order from them again.

"I thought choosing local pickup would be quick..."
I thought choosing local pickup would be quick and easy, but it really wasn’t. The website said one thing, and then the actual pickup instructions seemed to say something else, so I was confused about where to go and what to do. I ended up waiting way longer than expected, and nobody really stepped in to help or explain anything. i wish I had just had it shipped.

I tried to shop on the site, but come on now, the whole experience was way more annoying than it needed to be. Pages were loading super slow, the search results didn’t make much sense, and checkout felt confusing enough that I just gave up before buying anything.
